Costner Must Yield Texts In Venture Fight Over BP Deal

Law360, Los Angeles (November 28, 2011, 6:51 PM EST) -- A Louisiana federal judge on Monday ordered Kevin Costner and his business partners to surrender text messages to Stephen Baldwin and another investor who claim they were duped into selling their interest in an oil cleanup company while completing a $52 million purchase order with BP PLC.
