Law360, San Diego (November 28, 2011, 7:14 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Monday threw out a lawsuit by Airs Aromatics LLC claiming that Victoria’s Secret Stores Brand Management Inc. breached a trademark licensing agreement when it stopped paying to use the mark “Angel Dreams” for personal care products.
At a hearing Monday, U.S. District Judge Manuel L. Real rejected the claim, agreeing with Victoria’s Secret that its decision to stop making payments ended the agreement under its terms.
