Rajaratnam Banks On Wiretaps To Stay Free Amid Appeal

Law360, New York (November 28, 2011, 5:25 PM EST) -- Galleon Group LLC founder Raj Rajaratnam, sentenced to 11 years in prison for making $64 million through illegal insider trading, sought Monday to use the government’s wiretap request in the case to support his bid to remain free pending appeal.
