Fla. App Maker Says Zynga Stole Trade Secrets

Law360, New York (November 28, 2011, 11:22 PM EST) -- Florida-based app developer Hob Knob LLC sued Zynga Inc. on Wednesday claiming the social networking games maker breached a nondisclosure agreement and stole Hob Knob's trade secrets to develop its new “Zynga Direct” distribution service.

Zynga allegedly used confidential information it was shown during discussions about a possible venture with Hob Knob, according to the complaint filed in the Southern District of Florida.
