Golden Eagle Flies To Victory In Injury Defense Row

Law360, New York (November 29, 2011, 8:24 PM EST) -- A California appeals court ruled Monday that bankrupt Golden Eagle Insurance Corp. did not have to defend personal injury claims against a bankrupt company, but said Golden Eagle's co-insurers were not responsible for its share of liability for the claims.
