DC Circ. Tosses Most Sierra Club Claims In Fla. Mall Suit

Law360, New York (November 29, 2011, 5:54 PM EST) -- The D.C. Circuit Court on Tuesday reversed all but one aspect of the district court's ruling for the Sierra Club in its suit claiming the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers failed to properly assess the environmental effects of a planned Florida shopping center.
