BofA Sued Over Alleged OT Hour Shaving

Law360 (July 9, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Florida woman has filed a purported class action lawsuit against Bank of America Corp. after a bank manager allegedly deleted the amount of overtime she worked from company records in an effort to receive a branch productivity bonus.

Jacqueline Cruz, a former bank teller at a Bank of America branch in Lee County, Fla., filed a lawsuit Friday accusing the bank of violating the Fair Labor Standards Act by the “intentional, willful and unlawful act” of depriving her of overtime wages.
