Dairy Producers Say Conspiracy Is Milking Them Dry

Law360, New York (July 9, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of dairy producers have filed a lawsuit against dairy processors and bottlers including Dean Foods, alleging they conspired to fix the prices of Grade A milk.

The proposed class action was filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. The suit seeks trebled damages and injunctive relief, among other things.
