Law360, Washington (November 30, 2011, 7:27 PM EST) -- The Fifth Circuit on Monday ruled that National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh, Pa., had no duty to defend Puget Plastics Corp. against claims that it produced faulty plastic parts that were incorporated into Microtherm Inc. water heaters.
