Older Claims Cut From Egg Price-Fixing MDL

Law360, New York (December 1, 2011, 1:01 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Wednesday limited the earliest date through which purchasers in a multidistrict litigation claiming a price-fixing conspiracy in the egg industry could allege damages, saying they hadn't sufficiently shown that the statute of limitations should be tolled.
