SAG Exec Backs Actress' Anonymity In IMDb Privacy Suit

Law360, New York (November 30, 2011, 8:59 PM EST) -- A deputy director of the Screen Actors Guild said Monday that an actress suing online database Inc. and its parent Inc. for posting her age had the right to anonymity, finding her concerns were “legitimate and justified.”

Duncan Crabtree-Ireland, general counsel and a national executive director of SAG, and the actress’ lawyer John Dozier Jr. of Dozier Internet Law PC filed separate declarations in Washington federal court opposing IMDb and Amazon's motion to dismiss the case.
