Judge Won't Boot Jackson Lewis From Bus Co. OT Suit

Law360, New York (December 1, 2011, 1:26 PM EST) -- An Arkansas federal judge on Wednesday refused to disqualify Jackson Lewis LLP from representing school bus company First Student Inc. in a putative overtime class action despite the firm's representation of two plaintiffs in depositions in a previous lawsuit.
