US Can't Escape Contract Suit Over Dry Milk Program

Law360, New York (December 1, 2011, 8:54 PM EST) -- A U.S. Court of Federal Claims judge ruled Wednesday that two livestock producers could proceed with their $21 million contract suit over the government’s nonfat dry milk supply program, but limited their claims to only unfilled orders that had been placed under the program.
