Stand 'N Seal Defendants Balk At Being Deposed

Law360 (July 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Three defendants in a multidistrict class action suit over the aerosol lawn-care product Stand 'N Seal objected separately to the plaintiffs' request for depositions from their corporate representatives.

Home Depot Inc., Ortec Inc. and Innovative Chemical Technologies Inc., defendants in the same suit, cited grounds for objection specific to the roles each allegedly played in the distribution and manufacture of Stand 'N Seal.
