Pfizer Can't Shake Birth Defect Suit Over Worker's Child

Law360, New York (December 2, 2011, 6:34 PM EST) -- A New York judge on Friday refused to toss a former Pfizer Inc. employee's husband's liability suit alleging the couple's newborn child suffered birth defects because Pfizer had failed to correctly classify a hazardous compound the employee had worked with.
