Pipeline Co. Denied Quick End To Leak Coverage Row

Law360, New York (December 2, 2011, 9:10 PM EST) -- A Georgia federal judge on Friday declined to rule in favor of Plantation Pipe Line Co. in its multimillion-dollar dispute with Associated Electric & Gas Insurance Services Ltd. over coverage for a 2004 pipeline leak, finding that the petroleum company had not proven the absence of a genuine dispute.
