Argentum Hits Chicago Firm With $5M Suit Over IP Loss

Law360, New York (December 5, 2011, 3:47 PM EST) -- Medical supply company Argentum Medical LLC on Friday hit its former law firm with a $5 million malpractice suit in Illinois, saying Rockey Depke & Lyons LLC had provided bad advice in Argentum’s patent infringement suit against rival Noble Biomaterials Inc.
