Arnold & Porter Atty Hid Chevron Ties: Ecuadoreans

Law360, New York (December 5, 2011, 3:22 PM EST) -- An Arnold & Porter LLP lawyer neglected to disclose his client's ties to Chevron Corp. to lawmakers when testifying on an $18 billion judgment against the oil giant, attorneys for Ecuadoreans who won the epic environmental suit told Congress in a letter released Monday.
