Bankruptcy Outlook For 2012

Law360, New York (January 1, 2012, 12:00 AM EST) -- If 2011 was the year that new bankruptcy work practically ground to a halt, 2012 could be the year the gears finally get moving again, according to lawyers and other bankruptcy professionals, who think that a confluence of sociopolitical and economic problems could bode poorly for companies that are now barely surviving.
