Feds Want Ex-Fry's Exec To Forfeit $66M In Kickbacks

Law360, New York (December 6, 2011, 7:12 PM EST) -- Prosecutors asked a California federal judge Monday to ensure that a former Fry's Electronics Inc. executive who pled guilty to a massive fraud be made to forfeit the $65.6 million he pocketed in kickbacks from vendors.

Ausaf Umar Siddiqui, the company's former vice president of marketing and operations, would also forfeit tens of thousands of dollars in bank accounts, a Ferrari and a Mercedes, foreign currency, 13 debit cards, and over $30,000 in cash that was seized from his briefcase, according to the motion.
