Ex-Hospital Workers Fight Tapes In $42M Kickback Trial

Law360, New York (December 6, 2011, 6:43 PM EST) -- Two ex-New York Presbyterian Hospital employees accused of participating in a $42 million kickback scheme pushed Tuesday to exclude from their upcoming trial a cooperator’s secretly recorded conversations with a suspect, arguing the tapes are ambiguous at best.
