Chinese, Korean Cos. Dumped Sawblades: Commerce

Law360, New York (December 6, 2011, 8:25 PM EST) -- Chinese and South Korean companies sold diamond sawblades at less than fair value in 2009 and 2010, and for some of them, dumping margins of well over 100 percent are appropriate, according to preliminary results published Tuesday by the U.S. Department of Commerce.

The preliminary results of anti-dumping duty administrative reviews on diamond sawblades and diamond sawblade parts from China and South Korea were published Tuesday in the Federal Register. Both reviews covered the period from Jan. 23, 2009, to Oct. 31, 2010.
