Commerce Proposes Dumping Margins On Chinese Garlic

Law360, New York (December 7, 2011, 7:43 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce on Wednesday preliminarily issued new dumping margins in an administrative review of anti-dumping duties on Chinese garlic, assessing dumping margins for exporters ranging from $0.20 per kilogram to the countrywide rate of $4.71 per kilogram.

Commerce's International Trade Administration published the margins in a Federal Register notice, along with the rest of the preliminary results of its administrative review of the anti-dumping duties on garlic that entered the U.S. from China between November 2009 and October 2010.
