Ex-Milberg Plaintiff Pleads Guilty To Conspiracy

Law360, New York (July 11, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An ophthalmologist accused of accepting more than $6 million in secret payoffs from attorneys at class action law firm Milberg Weiss in exchange for serving as a lead plaintiff in lawsuits has entered a guilty plea, just a day after a former managing partner with the firm pled guilty for his role in the alleged kickback scheme.
