Fed. Circ. Nixes Weston’s Suit Over $12M Cleanup Contract

Law360, New York (December 7, 2011, 6:59 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Wednesday affirmed the dismissal of Weston Solutions Inc.'s suit alleging the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers illegally overlooked the company when brokering a $12 million contract for hazardous waste cleanup in Alaska.

Weston had asked the Federal Circuit in February to overturn a lower court's decision to dismiss its case taking issue with the selection process for the contract.
