Samsung Can't Get IPhone 4S Sales Blocked In France

Law360, New York (December 8, 2011, 6:51 PM EST) -- A Paris court on Thursday refused Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.'s preliminary bid to ban the sale of Apple Inc.'s latest iPhone model in France, ruling the allegedly infringing chips used in the smartphone are likely covered by Samsung's license with manufacturer Qualcomm Inc.
