InComm Dodges Charges In Calling Card Patent Suit

Law360, New York (July 11, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has partially dismissed Interactive Communications International Inc. and one of its units from a patent infringement suit brought by TGIP Inc. against a number of prepaid calling card makers.

Judge Ron Clark of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas ruled Tuesday that InComm' and U.S. South Communications Inc.'s wireless prepaid calling cards did not infringe the two patents in question.
