Pinnacle Air Says No Ch. 11 Coming Despite Cost Cuts

Law360, New York (December 8, 2011, 6:10 PM EST) -- Regional flight operator Pinnacle Airlines Corp. on Thursday said it has no plans to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection despite announcing a series of cost-cutting moves, including renegotiating agreements with its business partners.

Pinnacle, which operates regional flights for Delta Air Lines Inc. and United Continental Holdings Inc. among others, said it had reached agreements with the mainline airlines it contracts with as well as equipment lessors, debt holders, real property lessors and vendors.
