Hollywood Seeks To Sink Piracy Bill Giving ITC Power

Law360, New York (December 8, 2011, 8:23 PM EST) -- The Motion Picture Association of America Inc. on Thursday attacked a new Hill plan to halt internationally based online piracy by expanding the U.S. International Trade Commission's enforcement powers, saying it would ultimately be ineffective.
