Kansas City SWAT Cops Get Conditional Cert In OT Action

Law360, New York (December 9, 2011, 3:13 PM EST) -- A federal judge in Missouri granted a group of police officers' bid for conditional collective action certification on Thursday in a Fair Labor Standards Act case alleging that members of a tactical response unit of Kansas City's SWAT team were given short shrift on overtime pay.
