HSBC Asks Court To Decide Row Over MF Global Gold Bars

Law360, New York (December 9, 2011, 5:23 PM EST) -- HSBC Bank USA NA filed suit Thursday in MF Global Holdings Ltd.'s bankruptcy seeking a determination of who has the right to a number of silver and gold bars currently held by the bank: MF Global's trustee or another party.
