Law360, Washington (December 12, 2011, 7:19 PM EST) -- Two Progress Energy Inc. units hit the government with a breach of contract complaint Monday alleging that it failed to pony up costs for spent nuclear fuel cleanup, months after their previous damage award was upped to nearly $92 million.
