Sex Guide Writer Loses Appeal Against Google

Law360 (July 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Google Inc. on Tuesday fended off an appeal filed against it by the author of an online book, “29 Reasons Not to be a Nice Guy,” who claimed the search company had infringed on his work when it created a search for USENET postings that linked to parts of his book.
