Credit Suisse Hit Up For $375M In Madoff Funds

Law360, New York (December 13, 2011, 3:23 PM EST) -- The trustee overseeing the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff's investment firm on Monday continued his pursuit of Madoff customer cash, this time suing Credit Suisse AG to recover more than $375 million transferred into the Swiss bank's accounts from key Madoff feeder funds.

In a complaint filed in bankruptcy court in Manhattan, Irving Picard, the trustee for Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC, said that Kingate Global Fund Ltd., Kingate Euro Fund Ltd. and funds managed by Fairfield Greenwich Group transferred over $375 million into Credit...
