Holland & Knight, Others Escape Legal Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (December 13, 2011, 6:29 PM EST) -- A New York state judge on Tuesday dismissed a legal malpractice suit that alleged Holland & Knight LLP and two other law firms botched litigation over a factoring agreement and left the plaintiffs unable to collect on a $4 million judgment.
