2nd Circ. Affirms Oil Bribery Conviction of Handbag King

Law360, New York (December 14, 2011, 4:51 PM EST) -- The Second Circuit affirmed the conviction Wednesday of a co-founder of handbag company Dooney & Bourke for conspiring to bribe Azerbaijani officials during an oil deal, in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
