British Man Charged With $10M Fraud Of Hewlett-Packard

Law360, New York (December 14, 2011, 7:59 PM EST) -- Federal prosecutors in Texas accused a British national Wednesday of defrauding Hewlett-Packard Co. to the tune of more than $10 million by using straw buyers to fraudulently acquire computer equipment at steep discounts, which would then be resold.
