Insurers Squabble Over GM Asbestos, Enviro Defense

Law360, New York (December 15, 2011, 11:58 AM EST) -- A slew of insurers filed a complaint in New York state court Tuesday seeking a judge's determination as to how to divide coverage for the defense of General Motors Corp. in asbestos and environmental liability litigation.
