St. Martins Property Snags $273M London Office Building

Law360, New York (December 15, 2011, 11:23 AM EST) -- Property investor Hammerson PLC has sold a state-of-the-art office building in London's financial district to St. Martins Property Investments Ltd., the U.K.-based real estate investment vehicle of the State of Kuwait, for £176 million ($273 million), Hammerson said Thursday.

The property, 60 Threadneedle St., is in the center of London and forms part of the site previously occupied by the London Stock Exchange, Hammerson said.
