TWU Wants NYC Transit Retirees' Claims Axed

Law360 (July 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A union representing New York City transit workers has asked a federal court to dismiss allegations that it helped the Metropolitan Transit Authority misappropriate $40 million deducted from transit workers’ paychecks more than a decade ago.
