'Real Housewives' Stars Accused Of Swiping Drink Idea

Law360, New York (December 15, 2011, 6:24 PM EST) -- Canadian design company Creative Thinkers Inc. sued several cast members of the reality show “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” and others Thursday in California federal court, claiming they stole the company's concept for a specialty bottled water product.

Defendant BLK Brands LLC and its owners — “Real Housewives” stars Chris and Albie Manzo and Chris Laurita — also breached a contract with CTI and misappropriated the trademark for Blackwater bottled water, according to the suit.
