DOJ Wins Additional Witnesses In W.R. Grace Suit

Law360 (July 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court ruled Thursday that a district court had erred in restricting the number of nonexpert witnesses the federal government can call in its prosecution of bankrupt chemical manufacturer W.R. Grace and Co., accused of improperly disposing of asbestos from a Montana mine.
