Liberty Wins Remand Of $6M Coverage Suit Against USSIC

Law360, New York (December 16, 2011, 6:58 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Thursday booted back to state court a suit that private equity firm Liberty Partners LP brought to recover $6 million from U.S. Specialty Insurance Co. for defense costs in a contract dispute.
