American Superconductor Can't Dodge Investor Suit

Law360, New York (December 16, 2011, 7:11 PM EST) -- A Massachusetts federal judge refused Friday to dismiss investors' proposed class action accusing wind power solutions provider American Superconductor Corp. and several of its directors and executives of hiding a costly fallout with a major customer.
