Harry Connick Jr. Sues Medicare Provider Over Ad Videos

Law360, New York (December 20, 2011, 7:23 PM EST) -- Musicians Harry Connick Jr. and Branford Marsalis hit Peoples Health Inc. with a lawsuit Monday in Louisiana federal court, accusing the Medicare provider of illegally using clips of their performances to benefit musicians impacted by Hurricane Katrina in commercials.
