US Steelmakers Seek Another Look At Japan, Brazil Duties

Law360, New York (December 20, 2011, 5:38 PM EST) -- Three U.S. steel producers last week pressed the U.S. Court of International Trade to remand a case in which the federal government withdrew anti-dumping duties on hot-rolled steel from Brazil and Japan back to the U.S. International Trade Commission.
