Cracker Barrel Fends Off Investor's Board Seat Bid For Now

Law360, New York (December 20, 2011, 6:26 PM EST) -- Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Inc. fought off competing restaurateur Sardar Biglari's attempt to snag a seat on its board of directors, but may have opened the door for Biglari to acquire a controlling stake in the company, according to the preliminary results of Tuesday's shareholder vote.
