UT Immune From Wrongful Termination Suit: 5th Circ.

Law360, New York (December 20, 2011, 10:32 PM EST) -- The Fifth Circuit on Tuesday upheld a lower court's dismissal of a suit by a former University of Texas medical center employee who claimed he was wrongly fired after he refused to violate the institution's security policies, finding the university was immune from suit as a state agency.
