Finnish Retailer Anttila Plans Energy-Neutral Store

Law360, New York (December 21, 2011, 1:53 PM EST) -- Finnish home goods retailer Anttila Oy has signed an agreement with real estate developer Smith Enterprises Ltd. to build a 28,000-square-foot department store in Finland's southern city of Raisio that will have a passive energy footprint, Anttila said Wednesday.
