NLRB Finalizes Union Election Rule, US Chamber Sues

Law360, New York (December 21, 2011, 1:04 PM EST) -- The National Labor Relations Board said Wednesday that it had adopted a final rule to streamline the union election process, a day after the U.S. Chamber of Commerce slapped the NLRB with a lawsuit claiming the rule is unconstitutional and goes beyond the board's statutory authority.
